    1. Un gran libro. Contiene multitud de ilustraciones a todo color de cientos de ciudades. Un gran acabado a un precio aun mas increíble.Un must have para los amantes de los mapas antiguos.

    4. I purchased the larger version of the two offered, thinking that the smaller dimensions of the other version might be too small to really display the contents of this atlas of cities. The book is charming with its color illustrations of cities from the 1500s and 1600s. As an atlas, it is a heavy volume. The price was right, but the book contains a major disappointment - many, many, of the illustrations are not full sized, with two to four cities to a page. There are some good city views with [...]

    5. I actually give this 4.5 stars. I was looking for the larger size of this book for quite a while as I saw it once in a book/gift shop a long time ago and could never remember the name or author. This larger size, from my understanding, is out of print. I finally found it on . I love old maps, so this is the perfect coffee table book. It is quite striking. The detail is amazing. I love how the original author included depictions of the city's citizens on his larger drawings. Just an indent [...]

    6. I actually had a multi-linguistic edition before, but it's never worthless to purchase a taschen book like this second time. A collectible!Good to know: If You choose the smaller size edition, it would be hard to enjoy the graphic details.

    7. I am absolutely awestruck by this fantastic Atlas. I have a collection of these B/H maps as well as the three Atlas uncolored volumes. I often hoped an affordable color version of the Atlas would be published soon. And now one has been and I am very pleased. Thank you !Rick P San Diego, CA
