    3. delivery and contact with user all above reproach comment about the book. its repetative. its interesting but it does drill in some basic principles a bit too heavy handedly, tbh the first 20 pages could have been written as a list of bullet points.

    4. Different aproach to introducing solids, mind openig. highly recomended. Forget about purees and spoons and start enyoing with your baby.

    5. BLW is a great concept. This book has great ideas, however, is dry and repetitive.Once I got my hands on the BLW Cookbook, I was really upset about the amount of time I wasted reading this book.Do yourself a favor and skip to the Baby-Led Weaning Cookbook. The ENTIRE Baby-Led Weaning book is summarized in the first chapter of the cookbook.

    6. While I do like the baby led weaning and will be doing my own version of it I felt buying this book about it was a waste of time and money. It is very clear the author wanted to make a book to make $ because there is so much fluff and unrelated information in the book. A whole book on baby-led weaning is just not necessary as the concept is very simple- let your baby feed themselves at their own pace. The main points could have been summed up in a pamphlet so a book was just overkill. Save your [...]

    7. I'm a huge proponent of this method of introducing foods. I was completely overwhelmed with the modern day "techniques" of introducing cereals, then purees, but only 1 color at a time and for at least 3 or 4 days to see if the child has a reaction, etc. My husband and I were out of the house 12-13 hours a day, I was breastfeeding and pumping full time, the LAST thing I needed to make my life more complicated were food rules that I honestly found to be counterintuitive. I mean, how did my pare [...]

    8. Great book. I listened to most of it so I could fit reading into my busy schedule. We started some BLW around age 4.5 months because she was sitting up on her own, grabbing for food and slowly offered more food starting at 6 months. She loves food! Eats what we eat. No fuss, no problem. She is now 11 months old and still nurses regularly and eats a variety of different foods. Just yesterday she was chowing down on some homemade kale chips. At first, the gagging is a bit scary but once you read an [...]

    9. Wish I had followed advice online and skipped this book and gone straight to the cookbook. Everything she tells you in here you could find for free online. There are several Facebook groups. I need recipe ideas, not provided in this book.
